Gift Planning
Planned gifts integrate a donor’s charitable gift into his or her overall financial, tax and estate planning goals.
Planned gifts typically come from a donor’s assets rather than income. They can be outright gifts, deferred gifts, or a combination of the two. They may be made in the form of stock, securities or real estate and be part of a will or a bequest. Some planned gifts also provide the donor with a lifetime income.
University of Illinois Foundation Tax ID Number
Occasionally, estate planning attorneys or financial advisors may require a federal corporate tax ID number. Ours is 37-6006007.
