President and Senior Foundation Leadership
The chief executive officer of the Foundation is the President and in that role he is a major donor fundraiser, campaign director, policy maker and chief contact with the Foundation Volunteer Board. The President is also moderator of corporate issues such as Foundation membership, the compilation and revision of bylaws and the Articles of Incorporation and the official records of Board actions.
Each campus at the University of Illinois has its own Office of Development, whose overall efforts are directed by the Vice Chancellor for Development for that campus.
Vice Chancellors coordinate and lead their campus’ fundraising activities.
They also serve as Senior Vice Presidents of the University of Illinois Foundation and act a liaison between the University of Illinois Foundation and his or her campus.
