Wayne Anderson is an ILIR alumnus who retired from the Amoco Corporation in 1998 as the senior vice president of human resources.

He and his wife, Dottie, established the first alumni-endowed fellowship at the Institute of Labor and Industrial Relations.

THE R. WAYNE ANDERSON FAMILY FELLOWSHIP

The “R. Wayne Anderson Family Fellowship” honors the entire family's commitment to education and was created to enable industrious, promising and appreciative students to achieve their educational and professional goals.

Fellowship recipients are selected on the basis of financial need, scholastic ability and evidence that the recipient worked throughout their undergraduate years to pay for their education.
