We offer a benefits package similar to the competitive, comprehensive plan provided by the University of Illinois. Staff members participate in the State Universities Retirement System , which provides cost-effective benefits administration for annuitants, plan participants, and employers.

Foundation employees are eligible for benefits on the first day of employment. Their dependent children are eligible until age 19 (or age 23 if they are full-time students).
